Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using FirstFa, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

FirstFa is for analysing markets: charts, AI analysis of public market data, strategy backtests, forward tracking of published strategies, and research notes.

It is analysis only. It does not place, route or simulate orders, hold funds or keys, connect to exchange or brokerage accounts, or interact with DeFi protocols.

Not financial advice

Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Backtest and forward-tracking results are hypothetical, are computed with assumed costs, and do not predict future results. Make your own decisions, and check anything important before you rely on it.

Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, missing or wrong. Data labelled "sample data" is not market data.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give a working email address.
• One person per account. Keep your password and recovery codes to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law, or use the service to harm others;
• try to get around usage limits, for example with several accounts or automated sign-ups;
• scrape, overload, probe or attack the service, or try to reach other people's data;
• use the AI to produce content that is illegal, harassing or deceptive, or present its output as professional advice;
• resell or redistribute the service or its market data without our written permission.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write and make (questions, reports, playbooks, strategies). You let us store and process it to run the service for you, which includes sending conversation content to AI model providers to produce answers.

When you publish a strategy, you let anyone, signed in or not, read it, its results and the name you publish under, and search engines may index them. Published results stay published, also after you delete your account, under "Deleted account".

A playbook you share by link can be read by anyone who has the link, until you stop sharing it.

Plans and fees

The service has a free plan with daily and monthly usage limits. Paid plans, when they are open, give a larger allowance and, on the higher ones, the Max reply tier. Each plan's price and what it includes are shown on the pricing page before you buy.

A paid plan is a subscription that renews each month until you cancel it. You pay through Stripe and manage or cancel it from the billing portal; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while and the plan stays meanwhile; if it still fails the subscription ends and the account returns to the free plan. Refund terms are still to be set.

Availability and changes

FirstFa is under active development. Features, limits and data sources can change or stop, and the service can be unavailable at times. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for trading or investment losses of any kind, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will say why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date above when we do, and tell signed-in users before an important change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
